A Filmmaker going to Weddings
My name is Thomas. For over a decade I've worked as a filmmaker, cinematographer and visual storyteller. What interests me most isn't spectacle, but human connection: the quiet moments, the tension before a the happening, the glance across a room, the emotion that often goes unnoticed.
On my 12 years of experience, I have being trusted by brands like Burberry, Ameron, myneva, and worked in cinematic film production, journalism studies, and commercial storytelling across creative projects in Europe and South America.
I am now opening a very limited number of wedding commissions to bring the same narrative precision, emotional awareness, and visual language into deeply personal human stories.
As someone who got married in July of 2026 (Here you can see some of the pictures that I took of my own wedding), I understand the responsibility of documenting a once-in-a-lifetime day. Getting married made me understand even better the importance of each moment, and feel all the stress that is behind planning a wedding.
That said, I aim to approach every project I undertake with the same preparation, care, and professionalism that have defined my work for more than a decade.

Why aren’t you a traditional wedding photographer or videographer?
My approach comes from a background in film production and journalism studies, combined with over 11 years of experience in cinematic and commercial visual storytelling. This shapes how I work: focused on narrative, atmosphere, and emotional truth rather than standard wedding formulas.
I don’t follow preset trends or templates. My work is driven by creative authorship and visual storytelling principles developed through filmmaking, not by commercial wedding industry conventions or fast social media styles. This allows me to approach weddings with a more cinematic and observational perspective, focusing on real moments as they naturally unfold.
Why are you offering founding projects?
These special projects let me build my wedding portfolio while offering an exclusive rate to a small number of couples. It’s a trust-based collaboration: you receive cinematic storytelling at a reduced price, and I get the opportunity to create portfolio-worthy films.
How does the booking process work?
Once you submit your inquiry, I’ll get back to you within 24 hours. We’ll confirm your date, discuss your wedding details, and send a formal proposal including all inclusions. Once agreed, the booking is secured with a signed contract and a 25% deposit.
Can we meet before booking?
Absolutely. I offer pre-booking consultations via video call or in person (depending on location). This is a chance to discuss your vision, get to know my style, and feel confident in your choice.
Do you work alone?
Yes. I operate as a solo filmmaker. This ensures a unified cinematic vision and a more intimate storytelling approach.
Where do you work?
Based in Hamburg, working across Germany and Europe.

Yes. Every project is secured through a clear written contract outlining scope, deliverables, and timeline.
